I guarantee all
products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. I also want you to
be happy with your purchase. By purchasing on the internet from only looking at
pictures of products you have expressed confidence in my ability and trust my
integrity. I will do my best to live up to your expectations. If you are not
pleased with the purchase of any standard product for any reason once you hold
it in your hand you can return it in new unused condition for a refund within 30
days. If the stitching, strap, snaps, fasteners or zippers fail prematurely in
normal use I will repair or replace them free of charge for one year from date
of purchase.
All items made by Nittany Leather are guaranteed against defects in workmanship.
Items made in non-stock colors, styles, sizes or options not shown on this site,
made to your custom order, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship but are
not returnable. These leather items are made with fine craftsmanship and
the best of top grade materials. While I screen the leather for defects that I
can see, wrinkles, scars, or other subtle variations are inherent qualities of
natural leather and do not affect the strength or quality.
